• Uploaded Documents: By uploading documents to the Service, you grant Diligencia a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process and analyze these documents for the purpose of extracting key dates, terms, and facts as part of the Service. You also grant Diligencia the right to transmit your documents and other information to third-party AI services (including but not limited to OpenAI's ChatGPT) in order to extract key facts, entities and summaries from your documents.
• Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content of the documents you upload and any other information you provide to the Service. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to upload and share the documents and that the content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

4. Intellectual Property

• Diligencia's Rights: All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by Diligencia or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Service without our prior written permission.
• User Content: You retain all rights to your uploaded documents and any content you provide to the Service.

5. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Termination

• Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at notices@diligencia.io.
